Spirals are symbolic of life cycles, intuition, change, progression, rebirth, development & quintessence, which refers to the fifth element, perfect essence, or spirit. The spiral represents the universe & our place within it as we reside within a spiral galaxy. Spirals are connected with the natural world & the cyclical forces of nature such as lunar, solar & seasonal patterns, which in turn, influence plant growth & animal husbandry. Spirals are also associated with sacred geometry, the Fibonacci sequence & the golden ratio. Spirals are raw primal & unrestrained.🌿

Each individual component of each art piece is made by transforming natural, reclaimed, vintage, upcycled, found, organic & fair trade materials. Being fully involved in the process, is a fundamental element in all my work, from individually hand forging components, to salvaging discarded items, to sustainably hand collecting raw materials to incorporate into pieces.
